1. Timeframe Compliance

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date (not delivery date)
  • Requests submitted after 60 days will not be eligible for refund
  • The 60-day period begins on the date of purchase as shown on your order confirmation

2. Product Usage Documentation

  • You must have used the product consistently as directed (2 gummies daily) for a minimum of 30 consecutive days
  • You must provide a detailed usage log or calendar showing daily consumption over this period
  • Sporadic or inconsistent use does not qualify for our results-based guarantee

3. Before & After Documentation

  • Height measurements must be taken and documented at the start of use (Day 1) and at the time of refund request
  • Measurements must be taken using the same measurement method, at the same time of day, against the same surface
  • We may request photographic evidence of measurement process and results

4. Medical Consultation Verification

  • We require confirmation that you consulted with a pediatrician or healthcare provider before starting the supplement
  • Proof of consultation (appointment receipt or doctor's note) may be requested
  • This ensures the product was appropriate for your child's individual health needs

5. Dietary & Lifestyle Compliance

Return Process & Requirements

Step 3: Return Authorization

  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number via email
  • Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RA number
  • You must return ALL bottles from your order (including empty bottles) within 14 days of receiving your RA number
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with labels intact

Step 4: Shipping & Inspection

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify eligibility
  • Processing time is 10-15 business days after we receive your return

Refund Amount & Method

What You'll Receive:

  • Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Processing Fees:

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are NOT eligible for refund:

❌ Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (only direct purchases qualify)

❌ Customers who have previously received a refund for this product 

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Photographic evidence of damage is required.

Medical Contraindications: If a healthcare provider advises discontinuing the product due to an adverse reaction or medical contraindication discovered after purchase, we may approve an exception to the standard refund policy. Medical documentation from a licensed healthcare provider is required.

Unopened Products: Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Return Authorization is still required. Restocking fee may apply.
